Member Satisfaction Survey

For continuous quality improvement, Physicians' Healthways conducts both Provider and Member satisfaction surveys on a monthly basis. Results are gathered and reported to our Quality Management committee for review and documented for analysis and reference. These surveys help us improve our services to you, our member. It's a great way for members and providers to communicate their concerns and needs to the IPA.
